Young people need perspective

Our mission is to give young people a perspective for their lives through high-quality training for digital professions. To do this, we are looking for a variety of volunteers who can contribute their professional experience. Make our mission your own!

Someone who volunteers may not get paid, but they get so much more.
New encounters. International contacts. Challenges. Impulses that widen your own horizons.

Become a volunteer

Contribute as a tutor

As a tutor, you will teach a group of 10-15 students from different countries as part of a team of tutors. The courses are structured as a semester, which lasts 3-4 months. Your course usually takes place 1 time per week. It would be an advantage if you could accompany your students for the whole semester. All courses are currently in English.

You never teach alone. Each team consists of 3-4 tutors who organize themselves. This way you are flexible in your work and it goes on even if you are not available.

The tutors are involved from the selection of the students to the planning of the lessons and the improvement of the curricula. We never leave you alone if you have questions and we prepare you for your mission.

Contribute as a mentor

As a mentor, you’ll support our learners and graduates on their learning and career paths. You help them to develop their technical skills, to deepen their learning content or to support them on their journey. Provide young people with your experience, network and knowledge.

Mentor sessions are cross-course and take place in group or one-on-one settings.
Just like Tutoren, mentors are organized in teams.

Support the Headquarter

Just like in a “normal” company, there are many different tasks. Good organization, planning, media, public relations and support for tutors and mentors are necessary to ensure the high quality of our training programs.
